About Joey Romero Jr.

If you are looking for a professional team that can move your property with outstanding results, this is the best one. After a short conversation with kristina, I knew she would represent me well. She is knowledgeable, energetic, and aggressive a top-notch expert. The market analysis she presented was thorough and spot-on. /in less than 24 hours, my property was on the market with all the pertinent details, and in less than another 24 hours, my house was sold. Two potential buyers viewed the house and delivered two proposals, one at the asking price and the other one above the asking price. Upon proposal acceptance, all paperwork was done expeditiou...

I'll admit, I'm hard to please at times which causes a lot of undue stress on others. Honestly, I haven't been stressed one time in the 7 properties Kristina has helped us buy.

We have used Kristina for over 3 years and appreciate her knowledge of all aspects of real estate. We will always go to her in the future.

Very good. Helped me set up everything. Kept me informed on what was happening. I would have been lost without them. Kept updated after everything was complete.

My husband and I were relocating to New Mexico from Wyoming. Kristina did everything possible to help us find a home with an easy transition. We highly recommend using K2 Realty Team.

K2 Realty has been great to work with! The whole staff is very attentive and are quick to respond to all our questions. They are knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Kiki and Kristina worked very, very hard to find me the exact home I wanted. They were extremely polite, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

Best experience! Compared to other realtors, this team is willing to go to bat for their buyers, work with your schedule, and make things happen! No regrets working with Vickie and the rest of the K2 team!

This made the process less stressful. They were extremely helpful and were there with us in every step. If you need a team to sell your home, you need to call K2. Get the professional service with team that cares as a friend.

We were extremely impressed and pleased while working with Kristina. She is immediate on fulfilling requests and offering solutions to obstacles. It feels as if she is working around the clock to close on your sale or purchase!

The K2 team was wonderful. They were honest and helped step by step throughout the process of finding a home, the inspections, and making sure we had what we needed at all times. They were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Highly recommend K2. Vickie and all the people working behind the scenes met and exceeded our expectations. Our house sold fast and above the listing price. This team will work hard for you and you will be "wowed" by the results. Thanks, K2.

These two are amazing. It's lucky to have one good person in your corner with real estate transactions these days, we had two! Couldn't ask for more knowledgeable, honorable representation. After everything was said and done, our agents became our friends.

K2 realty did a fantastic job getting our home sold. They were eager, energetic and went above and beyond the title of Realtor! They introduced innovative ideas to bring in all types of buyers and put some excitement back into a very stale market. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I had a great experience working with the K2 Realty Team. They helped us with both the buying and selling of our home. They took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. We are very happy with their service.

We loved working with Kristina, she was great! Kristina was very knowledgeable about solar panels which we really appreciated. They were very responsive with communication all along the process of selling our home. We would definitely recommend them and their team at K2 Realty.

The experience could not have been better. They were on top of everything. They answered every question I had. I now have a house I'm very proud of calling my home. I would have never made it though the tough closing processes with out them! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home!

K2 Team was incredible! It was wonderful to work with Kristina and Vickie. My home had multiple offers the very first weekend it came on the market. Kristina worked hard and skillfully negotiated the best price and terms. I felt at ease during the entire process, being able to sign docs on line was convenient!

Kristina and Kiki showed us an incredible amount of houses before we found our winner. We are so glad we did such an intensive search. I don't think any other realtor would have been so thorough. For us, this was an essential element for finding the right house. They also sold our house for us and worked very hard to get is sold for the right amount.

The Team at K2 Realty are Top Notch real estate agents. Our home sold in just a matter of 1 or 2 weeks so fast I wasn't really ready for the expedient process, kinda blew my mind. They Were Responsive and attuned to our concerns and Frankly Delivered a Sweet deal for us way over our asking price. You cannot go wrong with The K2 Realty Team. Thank you again K2 Family.

This was my second time working with K2 Realty Team- they are simply the best in the business. K2 helped me prepare my house for sale, found a great buyer, and then helped me through the entire process. They are available days/nights/weekends and are always eager to help. No matter the issue that arises, K2 is there to help. They are my go-to team in the greater ABQ area.

K2 Realty was with me from the first house we looked at and every house after that through 2 visits from Phoenix. The 2nd visit proved to be wonderful! We found the perfect home for us! From that point on the K2 team worked with us on each and everything that came up and answered all our questions. They did it over long distances. I would recommend this team to anyone!

Very helpful every step of the way. Helped me through the process of VA Housing loans. Although there was a lot to deal with, we always felt like we were in good hands with Kristina. She was also very patient in accommodating my busy schedule and travels. Extremely quick and proficient with paperwork. I would recommend her to any military or veteran searching for a home!

Kiki and Kristina are the best! We started the process months ago and they were so patient. Every time I had a question, they had an answer and if they didn’t, they got one. They were available any time I needed them. I have never purchased a home before but they made it so easy to understand and really kept me calm through the whole thing. I promise you won’t be disappointed. They are fantastic!

K2 is the best in Albuquerque! They handled the purchase of my home with incredible attention to detail. They kept their eye on a home I was interested in although it was already under contract. When the contract fell through they were able to communicate directly with the listing agent and I was able to buy the home before it went back on the market. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

We had the best experience with the K2 Team. From the time we listed through the closing, their professionalism was unmatched. Anytime I had a question, it was responded to in a matter of minutes. Kristine is very knowledgeable in her craft and is such a breath of fresh air. Vickie made the process effortless and always had her ducks in a row. It was such a pleasure working with her. We will do business again with the K2 Team Thank you Kristina and Vickie, you are appreciated.

Working with Kristina and KiKi was an honor. They are the reason my house sold in 2 days and for more than my asking price. They are very knowledgeable in how to market a house to get it to sell quickly. They also were good at communication. They always got back to me via email or text when they were busy. Phone calls to reassure me that everything was running on schedule. I had heard horror stories about selling and buying a home and honestly, this could not have gone any easier. I would highly recommend them.

I am a 24 year old first home buyer. I went into the home buying process very nervous with little knowledge on how to buy a house. Kristina was there by my side, there to answer my calls or texts at any time of day, every day. She made my home buying experience a lot less stressful and confusing. She is organized, experienced, persistent, down to earth, and always seemed happy to help me with anything. I don’t think I could have found a better realtor. 10/10 would recommend choosing to by a home with Kristina Salcido. #K2Realty. Huge thank you to her.

Kristina has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of buying my first home! She was knowledgeable and communicative and made sure all my questions were answered throughout the whole process. She was aggressive in a good way making sure I was getting what I wanted and making sure my offers were competitive! She went above and beyond to try and get ahead of listings in this crazy market to find a house that hit all of my must-haves and let me tell you she did all of that and more. I wouldn’t have gotten this house without her and couldn’t be more thankful.

It was a true pleasure working with Kristina and Ki Ki, both are very friendly, knowledgeable, available, professional, and accessible. The purchase of my home was a great experience. I would recommend Kristina and Ki Ki without hesitation to my family and friends. If you’re looking for agents you can trust to put you first and not their own interest who truly care about what they do and the people they do it for bar none Kristina and Ki Ki should be your first choice. Thank you for all of your help not only for helping me find the perfect home, but for walking me through the process.

I just moved to New Mexico just under 2 months ago and guess what I own a home! Before I moved here, I reached out to Kris via email and sent her all my requests. She was able to dial in my requests and put me in good hands with a great loan officer who made it happen. I was able to handle my paperwork and get preapproval prior to my move date. From the start, both she and her husband Kiki, were able to help me with all my random questions and made me feel at ease 1st-time homebuyer stuff. It was a fun time and I would definitely recommend their services. Now just working on the property and may get it to flip, hope they are up to selling it.

Buying a house has all the factors to destroy your faith in humanity. I fumbled around with friends family friend, friends of uncles who were in the business. Needless to say, I was looking for a year to buy a house in Albuquerque that fit my needs. Luck brought me to the K2 Realty team. And as luck would have it after a few conversations with them, they had orchestrated the perfect match for my housing dreams and needs. I work crazy hours, and the constant updates and contact with " my team " was not limited to 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Try 842 on Sunday night! A quick response and professional handling of all my house-buying needs. If you want...

There is no way in the world I could possibly say enough good things about this amazing realty team. I am extremely picky and extremely frugal. In other words, a realtor's nightmare. This was a process a year In the making but my realty team was extremely patient and professional during the entire process. At no time was I ever rushed or pressured to make a decision. They never turned down a request, no matter how ludicrous. The best way to sum up this experience was that I felt cared for and valued throughout the whole process. Just as important, I always felt that they were acting in my best interest and were watching out for my future. Kiki and K...

We highly recommend K-2 Realty. Kristina was our agent when we moved to Tijeras, NM, and our agent when we needed to sell our home a year later. When we moved to Tijeras, Kristina helped us execute a 2-week closing and get us into our home quickly. When we found out that we needed to move again, Kristina was very responsive and was able to support us in finding a buyer within the same day as listing our home. Wow! Everything worked smoothly. We were faced with a few challenges that popped up. Yet, Kristina met them head-on, kept an open line of communication, and was there for us every step of the way. She is truly an amazing professional and is a g...

I worked with Kristina and Kiki to purchase my foster sisters first home and really can’t say enough good things about them. They are very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months) down to just before their wedding day. They answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Kristina and Kiki made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend them. Without any hesitation, they showe...

I cannot speak more highly of this team! Kristina embodies so many wonderful qualities when it comes to taking care of her clients in this business. Kristina knows how to handle business with high expectations and integrity! She leads serving others knowingly what’s in the best interests of her client's needs. She was very honest with the sale of both of our homes and gave us insight into what was to be expected throughout the process. If we had any questions or concerns she was always available. She was there through the high and lows every step of the way! She was apart of our lives and became our friend! When there were times of uncertainty and h...

She was always on our side working to make our sell and house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Leidy was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our family needs.
